Once you have logged in to the CMS you can continue to browse around your website as you normally would. Everything is displayed as it would be to your site’s visitors – the only difference is that you can choose to edit any page you are browsing at the click of a button.
As you can see in the screenshot below the CMS toolbar sits on top of your page content. To edit the page you are browsing you simply click on the 'Edit this page button. You can also add and delete pages and change the display order of pages.

All edit actions are performed via a simple interface in a pop-up window with two views: one for the page summary, the other for the main content of your page. When you save your changes, your page is refreshed and you can see how your page will look to your site’s visitors.

The CMS prompts you at key decision points too. If you choose to delete a page and there are a number of pages beneath it, the CMS will alert you and tell you that those pages will be moved up to the next level in your site structure.
